What you will need: white card stock, scissors, crayons, tape, glue, an Exacto knife or razor blade, and a shiny new penny.

What to do:

1. Print out the pattern onto card stock. Color the picture, then cut out the sign. Have adult cut around the thumb for the sign and around the fingers as shown for the penny. Insert the sign and the penny into the slits. Tape or glue them down to secure them.

Comments:

"I thought that it would be especially cute if you printed it on card stock and glued moss on the nest. Jennifer Keliher

You can find moss at craft stores or florel shops. Or just have your children collect dried grass and other things from outside. Or they can cut up pieces of yarn to glue onto the picture.
