2. In class show your students the vegetable pictures and see how many they can name.
2. Memory Game
1. You can also use the pictures to play a memory game. Show your children the pictures of the vegetables one at a time naming them as you place them on a table or tape them to a blackboard.
2. Cover the pictures and then ask your children to name the vegetables that were displayed. If they name all of them, start again and add more pictures.
3. I'm Thinking of a Vegetable Game
Show your students all the pictures of the vegetables.
Select one student to pick a vegetable from the pictures, but tell him or her not to let anyone know what vegetable they are selecting except for the teacher. You may have to take them out of the room for the student to tell you which one they select.
Have the other students take turns asking the children who selected the vegetable yes and no questions to try and find out what vegetable the student selected. Tell your students that they may not ask a color question or anything about how it is spelled. They may ask something like, "Can you find this vegetable on pizza?" or "Can this vegetable be long and skinny?", or "Is the vegetable hard on the outside?" etc.

- KJV - Complete Lesson
2. Write one word from the verse on the back of each card. For each word card you will need two other cards that are blank.
How to play:
1. To play place a set of three cards in front of your students. Have a child pick one of the three cards to see if he can find the one with the word on the back. If he doesn't choose the right one, have the next child try, or give him a second chance.
2. When a child has picked a card with a word, tape the word up on the board and then go to the next set of three cards and have the next child try to guess which card the word is written on. Each time you tape a word on the board, read the words that you have already taped up.
3. When you are done playing remind your children that they all made a choice as to which card they picked. Some of them made the right choice and some of them didn't. This was just a game so it didn't really matter what choice they made. But life isn't a game, and it is important that they make good choices.
